Technical Documentation
- creation of a detailed technical design, including electrical and plumbing plans, custom joinery drawings, and more
- project review with the construction team and manufacturers
- delivery of a comprehensive project summary to the client in the form of a PDF book, containing full documentation, technical drawings, visualizations, and a product list
Execution Process
Turnkey Finishing
Preparation for Execution

- handover of keys from the client to our construction team
Construction Works
- preparing the premises for renovation – securing doors and windows
